  • Be able to demonstrate excellence in their role as an executive/personal assistant, executive/personal secretary.
  • Be employed in a full-time position for a private, public, not-for-profit, or government organization in Nigeria that reaches an annual turnover of N50m+.
  • Be available to attend the awards from 4pm to 11pm on Saturday 27th October 2023 at EKO HOTEL & SUITE Lagos.

As part of the application process, applicants are required to answer four equally weighted questions that refer to achievements in the past 12 months. Each answer has a maximum length of 200 words. The questions for Executive Assistant of the Year are outlined below.

  • Must be a technology, service, or business model that promises to deliver significant environmental gains, be it through deep cuts in greenhouse emissions, energy use, water consumption, waste production, biodiversity impacts, and/or other improvements.

  • The company should demonstrate significant growth and long-term potential.
  • The entrepreneur should note contributions to the community through charitable or leadership roles.
  • The company should demonstrate innovative employee programs and corporate culture.
  • The entrepreneur should demonstrate the ability to overcome adversity.

Additional Considerations:

  • Entrepreneur has founded more than one company.
  • Entrepreneur’s company has received local, regional, national or international recognition.
  • Previous honorees will be considered if involved in a venture different from one that was previously recognized.

Guided by the required criteria for each nominees and the Leadership Characteristics Model, the Panel of Judges will conclude and justify the executives who deserve to be win from each nominated category.  Overall, the Job–Specific Awards is a fantastic platform to demonstrate your business contributions.
